Biography:

TerryNay was elected to the office of Ellis County Constable, Precinct 2 in1996.  Constable Nay Graduated from Waxahachie High School in 1988, Graduated College in 1993, with a Bachelors of Science in LawEnforcement and Police Science, from Sam Houston State University.  Hegraduated from the Sixth Texas Academic Peace Officers Academy in 1993,held by Captain Clint Peoples Training Academy, Montgomery CountySheriff's Office, Conroe Texas.ConstableNay has been employed as an Investigator with the Brazos County CountyAttorney's Office, a Patrol Deputy with the Ellis County Sheriff'sDepartment, and is currently serving his third term as Constable forPct. 2.ConstableNay holds a "Master Peace Officer" License, He is a State CertifiedField Training Officer, a Certified Police Instructor, and has over3800 hours of continuing education in Law Enforcement.  He is anInstructor for NTCOG Training Academy, and a previous Instructor ofConstables and Deputies for the Texas Justice Court Training Center.Nayis a second generation Ellis County Resident, and has lived most of hislife here in Ellis County.  He is married and has a set of twin boys.ConstableNay is also a second generation business owner in Ellis County.  He iscommitted to the positive growth and development of Ellis County bothas a Public Official and as a small business owner. "Please contact us if there is anything we may do to better serve your needs."
