Biography:  

Constable Fry was elected to the Office in 2002/2003.   He has an extensive law enforcement backgroud.   Constable Fry began his law enforcement career in 1976 working for the Hood County Sheriff's Department, and then in 1986 began working for The Dallas County Constable's Office, Pct. 1, where he was employed for 15 years.   Constable Fry moved to Ellis County in 1999 and volunteered as a Reserve Deputy for The Ellis County Constable's until he was elected to his current office.     Constable Fry has over 30 years law enforcement experience.   He is a licensed TCLEOSE Instructor and licensed Firearms Instructor who has taught Peace Officers statewide for The Texas Justice of the Peace and Constable's Association, and The Dallas County Sheriff's Academy.   Constable Fry currently holds his Texas Master Peace Officer Certification. Constable Fry has further served his community as a member of the Ennis Noon Lion's Club, and is currently 2nd Vice-President.
